Limited Lifetime Warranty
Dynamic Mounting guarantees all of its mounts and offers a limited lifetime warranty. The lifetime warranty covers all components besides powered components and gas springs. The power components and gas springs guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of 5 years. The mounts and gas springs have been working great for 8 years so we can easily offer 5 years since we know it won’t cost us anything. Gas springs and powered components can be replaced 20 years down the road if something does happen. The warranty period begins on the original date of shipping. The limited warranty is intended only for the original purchaser.
The warranty will be void if the mount is modified in any way or not installed correctly, including overloading, abuse, or use for any purpose other than specified in our directions. This mount is for indoor use only and the warranty will be voided if the mount is used outdoors. Dynamic Mounting is not liable for any damage or injury caused from the use of or the inability to use our mount. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dynamic Mounting disclaims any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages.

Are paintable covers included?
Can the mount be installed on brick or stone?
The same is true when installing the mount on your brick or stone surface; it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the brick/stone structure is strong enough to support the TV. We recommend special brick/concrete anchors (example: http://www.mcmaster.com/#brick-anchors/=llbka0 ).
We recommend you use ½″ Diameter with threads of 3/8″-16 and head width of 9/16″. Be sure to use a washer with an OD of 1″. Be sure to use a proper ½ “drill bit for masonry surfaces. Be sure to drill to the proper depth of the lag bolt, or alternatively, you can use a high strength toggle anchor (example: http://www.mcmaster.com/#97802a317/=vslqia). We suggest using at least 3 of these in the top row; these anchors are the ones that do most of the work.
To drill into the stone/brick you will probably need a special drill called a hammer drill, which you can rent from the hardware store along with the correct size bit. Using the hammer drill is just as easy as using a regular drill. After you have the hammer drill and anchors installed you can follow the same instructions for wood stud mounting.
